Why we give back

Sports teach us more than just how to play. They teach us how to show up, support one another, and grow together—on and off the field.

dadpad was born in a hockey rink, inspired by the desire to support our own kids from the sidelines. Today, that same spirit fuels our mission to support all kids, especially those who need a hand to get started.

How it works

Every child deserves the chance to play.

Yet, many families struggle to afford the growing costs of organized sports—things like jerseys, registration fees, or a decent pair of cleats.

To help address this, we donate $1 from every dadpad sold to support youth sports participation. These funds go directly toward giving more kids access to the game.

We support this goal in two key ways

  1. Funding Equipment and Registration Fees
    We help cover the cost of essentials—like gear, uniforms, and sign-up fees—for families who need a hand.
  2. Partnering With Local Communities
    We collaborate with youth organizations, teams, and schools to identify where support is most needed, ensuring funds reach kids who might otherwise miss out.
